I don't think that the discussion board is an appropriate place to debate one program vs the other. The only reason I say this is that people start getting in to which one is better, in their opinion, ect. and it can cause problems. As far as just giving out the sites and letting people judge for themselves as to which they feel they would get the most out of or would be more convenient for them or whatever, I don't have a problem with that. I just don't want it to turn in to some kind of competition on the board between the two organizations. I think that would be in poor taste, considering this is an AANAC board. The one thing that I think is good is that bogus sites are being mentioned. To the best of my knowledge, only AANAC and NASPAC are legitimate on a national basis. They both have inpecable Boards with highly qualified people and organizations behind them and they are both very involved with CMS and other pertinent organizations, as well as new data that is released frequently. What more could anyone ask for ? So, rather than "debate" the merits, simply list the site and let people make up their own minds if they want to be part of one or both. At some point in time, maybe they will merge! Who knows? But this is an AANAC board and I think that we should stick to AANAC and what it has to offer and all the learning going on from sharing with everyone, ect. Just my opinion.
