Subject: Hospitalized Resident
Please send answers to [EMAIL PROTECTED] I'm using someone elses
computer.
We had a resident be sent to the hospital and subsequentially admitted
3/17/04. Her ARD was set as 3/17/04. We are doing this as an annual
assessment. Her previoos R2b date was 12/31/03. She is well within the 366
days for her annual assessment.
I feel we need to complete the present assessmnet with the ARD date 3/17/04
then when she comes back from the hospital (Dx. Urosepsis) ALLOW HER A
COUPLE OF WEEKS TO STABILIZE AND IF NEED BE DO A SIG. CHANGE at that time.
I'm being told to wait to do the annual until she returns from the hospital.
HELP what's the answer? Thanks, Cindy
