I have 2 questions to start the day off. How do you document that a
resident is going from a non med a bed to med a bed? Situation:
Admitted to non med a bed on 14th after 3 day stay, needs to be pulled up to med
a on 21st, needs iv antibiotics. Do you have dr. order to move to med a
bed or how do you document that they are changing pay source? Question 2,
I am updating my 672/802 (matrix and census forms) and I have a resident that is
supposed to have staff with her to transfer. She will transfer self to
toilet and to bed frequently. How would I code this, independent or assist
of 1/2?
