Question
Nurse has to sign off on Treatment Kardex for EPC cream (which contains
zinc) and Eucerin cream. As a rule, are you counting these as medications? I
have not been but one of my staff thinks they should be. I read in the
manual 3-176 and it is not very clear - it just says topicals and ointments
(i considered those like Hydrocortisone, Lotrimi etc - not barrier cream and
Eucerin)
