dementia unit med pass

After reviewing the policies for our dementia unit, we were wondering /considering changing times of our med administration (to accommodate our residents better.) Does anyone have any guidelines for this? We were thinking about just making times be AM, PM, HS, etc, rather than 8:00/ 12:00, etc. Have there been any State survey concerns re: this? PJ, RN
