I think that
you'll have to take default days on the 5 day, unless you
have already set her ARD. The last grace day for the 5 day was 3-30,
and can't be set after the last grace day.

admit non med A and then needed med A
I have a very strange situation. I have a resident who was admitted
to the facility in a non medicare bed on 3-14-04, I had his admission
assessment set for 3-20-04, then on 3-23-04 he was pulled up to medicare as he
needed skilled care. I do not know what to do. I know I need
the admission assessment done before the 14th day but with him being pulled up
to medicare on the 23rd, how do I get the 5 day in? Thanks.
