Yes, you do have some rights.  You need to consult an Employment Attorney, or check with the EEOC first.  Depends on how everyone else was treated, if you are a right to work state or an at will state, ect.  But definitely get some legal advice.  And don't let the Hospital HR tell you there is nothing that can be done.  That person represents the hospital.  Good luck to you.
