We use Paxil for chronic pain sometimes. It can be very effective. I read that chronic pain triggers the limbic system, that is why some of the SSRI's are so effective. So it is not depression from pain that it is for but the actual pain itself. Or so it has been explained to me by a Dr. of Pharmacology.

I certainly code it. What other diagnosis would you be giving Paxil for?
