Yeah they were kind of neat - there was a lot of other
information on them as well, but the MDS section was there as well. You would
have to watch the 7 day look day period.

I recently came across a Podiatry consult sheet, Opthamology consult sheet and Dental consult sheet from a transferring facility that had the coresponding sections of the MDS printed on the sheet. I am curious, is any one else doing this? Thank you in advance.
