We have therapy screen all of our non-medicare resident's two weeks prior to
their OBRA assessments. This allows time for them to be put on case load
and get 5 days of therapy. It works great for us and therapy as it helps
them complete quaterly screens.

Subject: Medicare B

Okay, I am really confused here! I coordinate for all NON-Medicare
residents. I have asked Physical Therapy to evaluate a couple residents who
are making progress since they were Medicare. She has picked up a few
residents as Medicare Part B. What am I supposed to do to capture the rehab
part B. This is what I have been doing. Please correct me! I have continued
on with the same schedule and have missed picking up the therapy minutes
because they aren't within my ARD. What should I do!
Annette
