Another RNAC told one of our nurses that you cannot count IV fluids AND IV meds on the
MDS, even though they are captured under different sections. We had been counting
these under Dietary and Section P (example: D5 1/2 with Potassium would get coded
under both - or so I thought).
Could someone steer me in the right direction and thanks in advance.
