I don't. In the long run I don't think it would help that much in our facility. We 
usually run 2-3 in house acquired at all times. This just seems to be our pattern. 
Also because we are Case Mix, we need to keep our scores high, and pressure sores can 
boost the scores d/t needing more care etc. It is always a balancing act that we do 
between payment and qi scores.   Soldier on....

That sort of defeats the idea of the QIs being an accurate picture of your facility,
