You might want to review your validation reports for any warnings that may have happened.  Could be a wrong SS# or wrong Medicare # or wrong birthdate.

Subject: They are gone.

Hello Guys,

Well the state and the fed are gone.  They exited yesterday late afternoon.  My nerves are shot.  I feel like I could sleep for a week.  UGH!!

MDS took 1 tag--278D.  Resident not ID'd correctly.  Ok guys help me out here, how does one not ID a resident correctly?  They have not told who this person was, so I have no clue if this happened prior to my taking the position or what I may have did wrong.  Any ideas floating around out there?

I want to thank you all for your prayers and positive thoughts.  I feel that I have come a long way with this building considering with the mock state MDS took over 15 tags.  I walked into a mess and I have waded through it, without any experience and very little inside help, to bring this building up to where they are with the MDS.  Eveyone out there that has asked questions and received feedback have helped me through the bumps also.  I find it interesting that when I have a question regarding an area and I go through my mail it happens to be the main focus question that day or week.  Are you guys mindreaders?

Again thank you for all your support and input.

We definately need an MDS month in an exotic place that the corp. pays for.

Thanks again guys,

Michelle E
