While I was off being a good little RNAC at the AANAC credentialing program, my fill in coworker made a nice mistake...now I have to fix it. What do I do: she completed and submitted 5 day MDS (MPAF) for ARD of 4-11-04 and a d/c tracking form with d/c date of 4-9-04. even though "it didn't make sense" she "wasn't sure what to do" so just went ahead did it as above....ugh! Do I do a sig correction of quarterly/5day? Is that even an acceptable modifier? Do I leave it as is? What to do?
