Yes, we were told that the Feds surveyor are coming within a month to check what the state surveyors did!  Here we go, the watch dog has to be watched by another watch dog!
State surveyor made a comment on one of our resident's RAP summary.  Am I allowed to revised my RAPS according to what the state surveyor wants to see in one of our residents or should I leave it alone?
