I am from hospital based SNF. I have a question regarding wound vac dressing changes for S/P wound debridement. If there's an order for physical therapist to do wound vac dressing changes, can I include the minutes for PT in section P? Because there's a plan in our unit to gieve the wound vac dressing changes to physical therapists if the minutes can be included. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
