AA5b is there to list all payment sources, you need to put all numbers in no matter
what they have.

I have a resident who's stay was paid by an HMO. However, billing says she also has
medicare. Do I put her medicare # in AA5b on her mds? if medicare did NOT pay for
her stay? I never have before, now billing is putting the numbers in.
