It's been a long day and my brain is swiss cheese. Please bear with me.
My DON just approached me and asked how would I recommend we track monitoring for side
effects of antipsychotropic medications. She is probably referring to F329. To be
honest, I can't think of how this has been done anywhere I've been before other than
you know who's on these meds and watch for the side effects, noting and reporting any
observed.
How do you do this? Do you use a special flow sheet?
Please use small words in your reply.
Thanks,
Dorothy
