What part of Iowa? I was working in the des moines before moving to Texas 1 1/2 yrs ago. So i know some of the surveyors there. they can be tough. I finished my survey here in texas and was very pleased with the outcome. Pain is a big one here also but we started doing dly pain assessments on individuals on routine pain meds non-narc nad narc's. and doing monthly pain assessments on all of our residents.   Jeff
