I do!  In fact, I use it in any situation that calls for my professional signature. I enjoy educating others about AANAC and the RAI process when they ask, "What does RAC-C mean?"

I have a question and maybe it has already come up I can't remember.
For those of you that have completed the AANAC Credentialing Program, when you sign your name on the MDS ( or anything else I guess) do you sign with just RN or LPN or do you sign for ex RN, RAC-C?
There are 3 of us at our facility who have now gone through the program and one of them was asking me if they should sign RAC-C behind their name and I wasn't sure.
I appreciate any responses,
Thank you,
Debbie Nichols, RN, RAC-C
