Have to justify my position

I am writing mostly to complain because I was asked to submit a monthly 
schedule that will justify my hours.  (I work 30 per week) I tried to 
explain that it is hard to give them a minute by minute schedule because 
this MDS job does not work that way.  I also tried to say that it is an ever 
changing job.  I also consult on the wound care and do hospital evaluations.

Does anyone have anything written out about how long they spend on different 
tasks and they could send me or fax me?  It would help.
