Signing at R2b

My DON has been having all the MDS's routed to me for my signature at R2b, even though I did not complete the MDS.  The RN who actually completes it signs her name and her sections at AA9.  After all the other disciplines sign, it then comes to me to review to make sure everything is done and all the signatures are there, then I sign R2b.  Does anyone else do this?  Just curious.  Thanks!   Donna Lorenz, BAN, RNC, RAC-C MDS/Medicare Coordinator Bethesda Heritage Center Willmar, MN [EMAIL PROTECTED]
