There is no such thing as a pick up OMRA.If the RUG did not change there is no need 
for an additional OMRA.

Would you do an OMRA if you had this scenario? On 3/17 an OMRA (replacing a 30 day), 
was done as PT and OT had dc'ed their service. Then from 3/22 to 3/27 ST picked up the 
resident to see about advancing this person's diet. There was no sig change. Since the 
resident's rug rate was already a post OMRA rate, is there really a point in doing 
another OMRA? Thanks All
