We have a Medicaid resident who was admitted to a acute care hospital and received iv fluids, iv atb, O2, glucometer and had a thoracentesis. The hospital just called and stated she would be coming back with an order for comfort measures. How can we get her back Medicare! Thanks for your words of wisdom!
