Do they have Medicare
part A...were they hospitalized for 3 days.....if so you can skill them at least
5 days SNF, is the resident still on 02? Order changes and MD visits would
help.

Subject: Help is needed once again!We have a Medicaid resident who was admitted to a acute care hospital and received iv fluids, iv atb, O2, glucometer and had a thoracentesis. The hospital just called and stated she would be coming back with an order for comfort measures. How can we get her back Medicare! Thanks for your words of wisdom!
