D/C'd from therapy 3/24 when he "maxed out" d/t wt. bearing status. Stayed covered
for wound vac, IV meds, etc. Therapy wants to pick him back up today as his strength
has improved and he can now tolerate some standing. Tomorrow (5/7) is day 89 and I
had previously set this as ARD. My understanding is that I cannot use grace days here
(only on 5 or 14, correct?). How do I capture his rehab RUG now?? May 18th will be
his 100th day. He has not really had a significant change r/t dementia.....not able
to perform ADLs. Advice would be appreciated!!
