    I always set my OMRA for 10 days after the last days of treatment.  Technically you should do one for the last two days of payment.  Why would anyone pay therapy for days not give?  That is the design in the system for the facility to make some finances(notmuch I might add).  Wondering what type of contract you have that they would be paid for days they did not deliever services???  Barb
