Your software is not wrong. The MPAF does not
include Section T2. That is one of the big reason that I prefer using the
MPAF. That is a tough section to collect data for. The RAI manual
contains the MDS forms in the end of Chapter one. You can also download
them from the AANAC and the CMS site.

My state allows the MPAF assessment on Medicare
PPS assessments other than the comprehensive assessment (usually my 5 day).
One problem I have discovered is section T. The software I use does
not include section T2 on the MPAF. I have also noticed on all MPAF
forms I have encountered section T2 is also missing. According to the RIA
Manual it is required on all Medicare PPS Assessments and I cannot find any
documentation otherwise. Can anyone help me out? I would love to utilize the
MPAF, what a time saver, but without T2, I feel it is incomplete!
