Yes but my understanding from prior communications here is that it is just for Medicare+Choice coverage not all Medicare A. I am not that familiar with Medicare+Choice as we have never dealt with it here.  I think it is managed care and since a majority of the local physicians here don’t participate in these types of plans we don’t see it.
