I have a question for all of you
wonderful people with wisdom. I have a resident adm 2/13/04 to Med A
services with dx CA. She was discharged to private pay LTC on 3/31/04 here at this facility.
She recently had an injury to her leg and had to have a hematoma evacuated due
to Lovenox therapy. The wound is now infected and she needed IV
antibiotics via a midline. Can she be put back onto Med A for these
services? It is within the 30 window. Thank you in advance for your
