Unfortunately, we are adding the hospice care plan to ours by adding approaches that are appropriate for it. In addition, I have the hospice care plan right behind ours in the chart. This may seem like overkill, but facilities around us have been cited , and I just don't want to take that hit.

Our facility adds that family/res has chosen palliative care....ect...see Hospice book for spicific goals and approaches...ect...Not good enough. Any suggestions besides typing for hours. We've all seen Hospice careplans and to add all that to ours.....
