Who completes the dehydration rap in your facility? Is it nursing or dietary? We have a new dietary person who is writing raps for 12 and 14 on everyone, even if they don't trigger. I spoke with her about why and she said because she doesn't know who will trigger when it is nursing issues like fever...she wants nursing to take it over. Any advice?
