Subject: Discharge Tracking

Good morning, Happy Monday!

A resident of ours was sent to the hospital "discharge return anticipated", however he will not be returning to us.

Since the "discharge return anticipated" tracking form hasn't been submitted yet, is there a reason that I can't go back and change it to a "discharge return NOT anticipated" using the original date he went to the hospital as the date of discharge?

Thanks

Dorothy
