The QI's change with each new mds.  I pull my QI's on a monthly basis and analyze response's and conduct a monthly meeting with the different disciplines. I have read QM's are calculated 4x yearly only with picture date and QI's are done on demand. that is with every new assessment entered, the data can be changed. I have also seen it written as 6x yearly.
