Restor. Question again I think

Do   we need a Dr's order for restorative ?  Most of my sister facilities do it, but we don't.  Q uestion came up in an audit today. I didn't think we need one.  Thanks so much.  Sorry if this is repetitive.  I remember seeing this, but don't recall the answer.   Thanks a binch.  Barb
