Some of our little old ladies won't leave their room without their purses,
so we hide the wanderguard in the bottom of the purse. For the ones that
use walkers, we hide one in the basket or bag that they have hooked on to
the walker.
For the ones who are able to tear them off, and there are many, we just try
very hard to know where they are at all times. We are fortunate that we are
a clinical rotation facility for CNA's and have many volunteers who are in
the building at any given time.
