Any comprehensive assessment, regardless of coding would reset the schedule.
What kind of assessment did you do in May?

Subject: Incorrect assessment
We have not had this mistake before. We submitted a Quarterly instead of an
Annual to the State of Minnesota in March on a resident. We did have a full
with RAPS PPS in May of 2003 but this did not change the dates of the Annual
as the PPS was for a re-admission. As far as I can figure consulting the CMS
manual, I need to submit an Inactivation for the Quarterly as it was an
"incorrect reason for assessment". But then what do I do. It says to submit
a new record if necessary, but I can't do a new Annual for a Quarterly
assessment. Help!
