If you did a complete comprehensive assessment with RAP's in May of last year then you have 366 days from the date of the VB2 to do another comprehensive assessment. Just because you combined it with a PPS assessment does not mean that it was not a comprehensive. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Abrahamson, Mark T" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, April 28, 2004 12:11 PM Subject: Incorrect assessment
> We have not had this mistake before. We submitted a Quarterly instead of an Annual to the State of Minnesota in March on a resident. We did have a full with RAPS PPS in May of 2003 but this did not change the dates of the Annual as the PPS was for a re-admission. As far as I can figure consulting the CMS manual, I need to submit an Inactivation for the Quarterly as it was an "incorrect reason for assessment". But then what do I do. It says to submit a new record if necessary, but I can't do a new Annual for a Quarterly assessment.
