If you are outside the US and Canada, Agrilyn is known as Anagrelide. It can cause diarrhoea or the sudden need to get to the toilet to evacuate the bowel once or twice a day Otherwise, the side-effects are not too bad. Hope this helps, Sandra   Cambridge  UK dxd.
