'Naff' can be adjectival eg. The message that caused this rumpus highlighted the fact that the USA is the only major country to refuse to sign up to the Kyoto agreement in order to reduce pollution. Whilst the USA has the right to pollute its own people, it isn't that easy. The ollutants spread much further than the confines of the US borders and affect othe major areas. Take care of yourself.
