That is a perfect thing to say! thanks!
I worked part time this year for 4-5 months. I was so worn out I
could hardly move, but it was high stress and required me to learn
someone elses teaching notes (I teach computers)This gal gave me the
handouts they gave to the class and they were so confusing that
newbies to the computer were mistified. My boss stayed in the
classroom to see I was following her rigimine to the letter...no fun,
no nothing!..it was a senior class and she was trying to train them
as end users. oh,,,,disappointing! They wanted me to work more and
more and I just could not do it, so I said I would like to stay with
the senior classes only (I also teach for Elderhostel) and then they
let me go! I do wish I had said I had Leukemia and that's all I could
handle, just to see their faces! Had I worked any more hours I would
have lost my Medicare and they only hired as independent contractors.
No insurance, no nothing.....a lot of businesses are doing this so
they don't do the taxes(we have to) or pay any perks...none.No
insurance! After I move I will look around again though.
