When my son was diagnosed he had 2% BCR/ABL. The next time he was checked (at about 3 mos) he was 2%. He was just checked (about 4 mos) and is .999% BCR/ABL. What does this means in terms of reduction? I have heard and read about one log reduction, two log reduction, etc., but I am a bit slow on the uptake with these things.Can someone please explain or point me to a good web page that carries a simple explanation? Thanks for your patience.
