If he may be Gleevec resistant the BMS, AMN, and other clinical trials would be options to look at. Joe(the one with CML) had a cbc today. 32.4 going up he has been on 8 pills for over a month. He went off of Gleevec after being in remission for 3 yrs. Was off 3 months his white count slowly going up. So back on gleevec. 4 pills then 6 now 8 no where else to go. But interferon I don't think so. There must be something better. Dr. thinks he may be resistant to Gleevec. Anyone else out there having a problem??????
