Thanks I guess the Drs. think we should know all they are doing. There are many different kinds of blood test and it requires several vials to get them all done. If they just do one vial; they are probably only checking cbc. I just had a cbc done by my primary care DR and I ask him what my cholesterol was and he said you didn't ask me check that, which I didn't. Live and learn and well, it's probably time to ask for another liver test.  How often should we have these done?
