I agree, that is an EXCELLENT result! It took me 18 months to reach CMR (complete molecular response - zero Phillies). His WBC count is perfect, mine runs from 2.8 to 4.0. We can all relate to his depression and we all need to remember that Gleevec, and newer medications in the pipe, gives us much to be hopeful about. You should also encourage Marcus to be directly involved with this group and/or seek professional counseling for his depression. I'm 60 years old and I'll be &%$** if I'm going to step into my grave and pull the dirt over my head! There is too much to live for!
