It appears Marcus is responding well, that's a good start. You guys need to study up on CML and learn about the blood counts and what they mean, the medication and side effects. Knowledge is power and the knowledge will make you both feel better and more empowered to make decisions. It seems most of us go through phases of emotions when dx'd. Mine were disbelief, shock, fear, anger and now I guess rebellion, cuz I'm not about to give in to this nasty little dragon. It is overwhelming at first but as time passes we learn to cope and move on with life. Things do not always remain gray and bleak. Good luck and please take advantage of all the great knowledge and experience in this group. I know I have and am better because of it.
