Hi Just to clarify a little (I have no major knowledge) but from what I have read Der 9 chrom. is not so bad in the Gleevec era as it was prior to Gleevec. Also, Der 9 is not a mutation, but a chromosomal abnormality. I know of at least two cml'ers in the UK who have this abnormality and they have had wonderful results on Gleevec thus far, reaching CCR.
