Hi everyone, Lets not forget Erin Zammett, the associate editor for Glamour Magazine.
She has just written a book on her experience. It is titled "My So Called Normal Life". It will be in the bookstores in May. She sees Dr. Mauro at OHSU. She started in the Gleevec/Ara-C trial and is a member of the Zero Club. Don't forget her teleconference on Feb 3 with Dr. Mauro. I tried contacting Ryan O'Neil several times to assign him a number in the club but he never answered any of my emails or phone calls. The statement said.. "O'Neal was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in 2000, but with treatment, the disease went into remission in 2002 and he has appeared in recent releases such as People I Know (2003) and Malibu's Most Wanted (2003)." We have also heard of the recent diagnosis of "Mary" from the group, Peter, Paul and Mary. I was just wondering if anyone knew of anyone else of a "celebrity nature" who is dealing with CML?
