Hi Gail, Thank your for your welcome message. I am glad to be onboard with this group. Didn't you just love interferon, and Hydrea...oh, the good old days. lol To answer your question, I have been on 600mg now for about 3 months. My latest FISH test my PH% to be 36%..the big problem is that I have progressed from 500mg to the 600mg and have been showing slow progress to what my Dr. calls (toxic)to my blood. Pancytopenia..all of my blood counts are dropping steadily even with the support of Procrit. My lowest PH% during the dosage increase has been 27%. I am now on my way back down to the 400mg level.
