Let me go further on this: I'm sure constant stress put(s) some real strain on my immune system. (Of course there are other real "reasons" -probably too much radiation, etc.) But, darn, something keeps telling me I should be finding ways to be more economical with my strength. Don't get me wrong. I believe in many ways my system is working well BELOW my capacities. Now, that surely can't be healthy either.
